greenhouse nail spa sends appointment reminders by text and email approximately 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. please utilize these notices to consider whether a cancellation is needed.

last-minute cancellations or forgotten appointments are unfair to clients on our waitlist, and, most importantly, negatively impact the livelihood of our salon. therefore, this is a strict policy.

we understand that life happens and schedules change, we simply request as much advance notice as possible in order for us to re-book empty timeslots.

we do understand there are those rare occasions (emergencies, accidents, illness) when it may not be possible to give advance notice of a cancellation. however, our salon keeps records of these occurrences to prevent abuse of the policy.
