Please click book now on the menu bar at the top of the site. We do not accept booking requests by phone or email.
There are two possible reasons:
1. You are trying to book a date which is outside of our booking window. Booking is available for the current and next month.
2. Our technicians’ schedules fill up very quickly. It is possible that there are simply no available timeslots on the dates you have chosen. There is a waitlist option; please join the waitlist in case of new availability.

No, we do not have a phone number. Unfortunately, we do not have enough staff to be able to answer the phone reliably. However, you may receive automated confirmation and reminder text messages from Greenhouse after you book an appointment online.

no, we are not currently offering e-gift cards. we will honor gift cards that have already been purchased.
If you have a gift card, we will honor it. Please bring the code with you to your appointment. We will redeem its value when you check out from the salon.
No, we do not offer acrylics, dip powder, hard gels, or gel-extension services.
Coming to an appointment with any of the above products currently on your nails will result in a cancellation of services and late-cancellation fees. We are not equipped to remove these types of products from your nails.
Our dry pedicure is similar to a regular pedicure, but without the foot soak and callus/heel care.
CMP stands for Certified Master Pedicurist®. Some of our staff have this additional training. The master pedicure is designed with infection control in mind, as this service is meant to better serve clients with skin and nail disorders and to safely care for at-risk demographics: seniors, diabetics, and immunocompromised. Unless your child is receiving a service, we ask that you do not bring children with you. Our goal is to maintain a peaceful, spa-like environment for our clients, and to minimize distractions for our service providers.
We do not have any services specifically designed for children. However, if your child is age 10 or older, we will be happy to provide any of our standard services for them.
No, we do not allow consumption of alcohol inside the salon.
