please review our policies before booking an appointment;

by booking you agree to comply.

clients must provide 24-hour notice for any changes to scheduled services.

 fees apply for late notice, late arrivals, and no-shows.

this is a strict policy, NO EXCEPTIONS.

100% charge of the scheduled services (if within 24 hours of appointment time)

100% charge of the scheduled services (if more than 15 minutes late)

clients must provide a credit card to book an appointment. 

we are a cashless operation.
if you have a gift card, it may be redeemed at check
-out.

clients must reschedule if experiencing signs and symptoms of cold/flu/covid-19.

we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms.

clients must be at least 10 years of age.

clients must come alone or with another scheduled guest.

 only guests receiving services are allowed in the space.

clients must not eat during services.

drinks are OK in closed bottles/containers.

clients must not have acrylics, gel-extensions, or dip powder nails.

we do not provide removal services for such products.

we only work with regular or soft gel polish.
